...I HATE/LOVE Computers!

So Nolan & I have had this on going problem with our computer! We somehow got a virus (Nolan is convinced that it came from me starting to Blog) and our computer has turned into a piece o' crap! I have a routine every morning to get on-line and check my email and look at other peoples blogs and my routine has been interrupted! I am ready to throw my computer out the window! I am trying to convince Nolan that I just need a new computer! I really want a Mac, but he has yet to give into me?! What the heck?! I know I deserve one! Ok I can't ask for too much! He bought me an I-Touch for Christmas! What a sweet guy! I love him to death! My dad came over today and tried to help him, but it still isn't fixed! I was hoping that my dad would just tell him, "Nolan throw this computer away and start over, Megan needs a working computer!" But my dad didn't say anything at all! I know?! MEN? I think Nolan might just give in soon enough, because he is tired of hearing me call him at work and tell him how stupid it is! Ok so I do have patience. I haven't been able to download all my pictures of all our Christmas events, because this hunk o' crap! Nolan brought his lap top home, but didn't bring the cord home?! GEEZE!! So I can finally get on the internet to update my blog and complain, but I have to close my eyes half the time with all the NASTY pop-ups that come up! I am tired of seeing ways and pills on how to improve my sex life?! I have a love/hate realtionship with my computer! So maybe by February I will be able to post all my pictures from Christmas! UGHH!!!

I am so thankful for GREAT friends! They just make my day. I have soo many good friends that always seem to know how to brighten my day or know just what to say! Shar came to see me yesterday and it was so fun to sit and chat! Thanks Shar!

...It's DONE!! It's really really DONE!

So I finally finished decorating my house for Christmas! Saturday morning we went to help my little brother load up the moving truck and sent them off the Albuquerque! Good-Bye Jared & Desi! Nolan & I came home and I was determined to get my Christmas decorations up! We got home and Nolan helped me pick the house up and start some Saturday chores, and then he was off to a baptism! When he got home an hour later...I had not only managed to clean the house but also get off of my Christmas decorations out and up (except my tree). Nolan put my tree up for me and then I went crazy! I bought a new tree this year! (Martha Stewart...THANK YOU!) My old tree, only half of the lights worked on it and

I was tired of adding a new strand every Christmas! So once the tree was up and finally decorated, I was able to sit back on the couch and enjoy all the Christmasness (it don't think that is a word, but it sounds good) around my house!

I love this time of year! Nolan & I went for a drive around Kirtland later that evening and it started to snow a little, then it really started to feel like Christmas. Then we enjoyed the Annual Kirtland Community Christmas Concert and NOW we are in the mood!

Later that night after a long day of being such a good girl, Olivia must have been so tired, because she fell asleep between Nolan's knees with her mouth open WIDE! She is too cute and Nolan & I are so excited to have such an awesome Christmas present this year!

OK so we still have yet to buy a single Christmas present, but I am determined that by the end of this week, I am going to have most of it done! Our parents are the hardest people to buy for, so they are our big challenge this year, as they are every year! Wish me luck!

...Getting Ready for Christmas!

This is so not like me, usually I have my Christmas Decorations up by now!? I normally put them up either before Thanksgiving or the Day after! I still have yet to get anything up! Though I have made some progress, the boxes are in the house. I just can't believe it, maybe it's because I have a baby now and would rather spend my time with Olivia, than putting up Garland & Lights?! Plus Christmas is like right around the corner and Nolan & I still have not bought 1 Christmas present! I used to be so on top of things? I didn't know that having kids would do this too you?! Nolan HATES decorating and plus I am kind of a Nazi, (is that how you even spell it?), when it comes to decorating and I like things done my way! My poor kids are going to have to have their "own" tree with all thier decorations on it! You know that little cheezy things that you make in school. So my goal for this weekend is to have my house TOTALLY decorated! Let's see if I can get it done? I love this time of year and can't wait for Christmas! I can't wait to spend Christmas with Olivia & Nolan, our first Christmas as a family of THREE!! How exiciting!
