...I think I might NEED this?

So I have this secret that you all are going to know about me and I don't want to be judged because of it! OK now that you all promise...
I LOVE INFOMERCIALS!
Nursing Olivia late at night and early morning...I have seen SO many things that I NEED! I wake up the next morning and tell Nolan all about them! He ROLLS his eyes?! WHY? I sometimes seriously wonder how I lived without some of these things?!
So let me give you an example... I saw the other night/morning an Infomercial for this exercise bar called Fluidity. I was really interested and being that I am trying to lose some weight I really think I need it! So I told Nolan about it, and what does he do...ROLLS his eyes?! What they heck...I know! Then he tells me, "Oh I heard that on the TV and it was bugging me, so I turned the TV off!"

(this is what I might look like after a while?!)

So I REALLY need this! I really think I will use it! You know us girls, we ALWAYS have good intentions of using things (IE. exercises DVDs) and NEVER do?! OK well I do anyway! But I know that I would really use this! So help me plead my case to Nolan please!
I know that I need to lose some weight, I just don't know if I am ready to go public like my sister Amanda, or friends Vanessa, Keri & Brandi!
PLEASE HELP ME!!

I think it's something in the blood....Jeremy makes fun of me because in the morning I always tell him about all the stuff I saw that I can't live without during the night. But of course, I go on living without it because Jeremy won't give in! Dang men! They just don't understand. I hear ya sis! Oh, I ordered a new post-natal exercise video. I'll let you know when it comes in and we'll try it out.

Megs, Personally I am not all about the infomercial stuff, I think a lot of it ends up being junky. I wouldn't waste your money. But you gotta do whatcha gotta do. If it is going to help you then by all means have at it!

P.S. Go public, it's great!

I used to be really really bad about ordering things off of infomercials (example: my blog about detox foot pads) I am always so disappointed when it doesn't help me lose 400 pounds without lifting a single muscle and all while eating a carton of ice cream ;...however I have this theory that if you annoy someone enough you can talk them into anything...so every time you see an opportunity to fit it into a conversation do it! Even if it doesn't go with the topic at all.. gee aren't these curtains great...you know what would be even better?!? If we had a _____ (object)! It'll get old and he'll give in. :)

Megan--Sure I remember you! Don't let my blog fool you...I'm really not that busy. I look at your blog from time to time. Your daughter is so cute!

I got my hubby to buy me a really expensive elliptical machine BY PROMISING to use it and PROMISING he never has to pay for another gym membership. I totally use it and LOVE it...however I KNEW I LOVED ellipticals from the gym, is there anyway to use one before you buy one? Also try to talk to him when he is awake...most people are resistant naturally in the mornings-ha ha ha ha Rock on for nursing to infomercials

I must say that you deserve to have whatever you want to look and feel good about yourself. Us moms take care of everyone else and need to do something for ourselves to feel like we are normal. I was going to tell you the best thing that I have ever had that was at home and really worked was the Core workout and DVD. It is awesome. You should look into it. Let me know what you think. It isn't super expensive either. Your little girl is so stinken cute. AHHHHH I loved those pictures you just posted of her.

I am OBSESSED with infomercials. My Dad and I used to stay up late and watch them together when I was in High School. He still gets me few "As Seen On TV" items every year for Christmas.
I save a lot of money reading instead of watching TV while I nurse.
Nolan- you really should learn the joy of TV shopping... But then again, Megan is already so gorgeous that it would be hard to improve her with any type of exercise equipment!

Ok this is TOO funny. I love infomercials too! Even when it's obvious the product is a total joke....by the end I'm totally convinced that a knife can cut through cement and perfectly fillet my fish.

But as perfect as it may seem....don't do it...it probably won't work...
