So I did the Neti-Pot before bed last night and I did sleep a little better! It seems to be working! I am just going to have to keep using it over the next couple of days and see if it gets any better! You would be amazed at how much junk comes out after shooting a stream of water through your nose! A little gross, but pretty cool at the same time! I am just glad that my head doesn't feel like it's going to explode!

Nolan bought it at Walgreens, but I have heard they are at Target too, or you can buy one on-line! Nolan said that they have them on Walgreens web-site! Good luck

The Neti Pot sounds gross, but if it works, it works. I'm all about doing what works. Hope you feel better. I think something must be going around. We need summer here so that this flu season can end!
