...Easter

... I am a Holiday person! I love them! I love to decorate for them, cook for them, eat with family on them! Poor Easter this year was the day before Clara's birthday. I was/am in denial about her turning 1 and didn't want to come to terms with it. So Easter got forgotten! Well kind of! I bought the girls dresses about and that.was. it! We didn't dye eyes, we didn't decorate, we didn't do ANY.THIN.G! Oh well there is always next year! We did eat with our families and did hunt for eggs! Olivia loved hunting for eggs. Aunt KK told her that she was going to be at the Egg hunt and that was all Olivia could talk about for days and days and days (she loves everyone more than boring 'ol mom). This is the 1 and only picture I got on Saturday ...

(Olivia with these cousins)

...pathetic I know. My battery died and I was to lazy to go charge it up! I wish I had a picture of the wonderful food, the look on Olivia's face when she would see an egg or Clara when she saw the Rice Krispie treat in her golden egg! But I don't so imagine it! My cousin got married later Saturday night and so I had 2 uncles, 1 Aunt and several cousins in town! It was great! We played games, ate, laughed, ate some more, made fun of Noah, laughed and ate cake! It was great!

Sunday I got the girls all gussied up for church! They looked so adorable!! I fell in love with their, dresses all over again! Church was great as usual. Clara was screaming fighting sleep, Olivia threw a fit during Primary when I would let her help me with Singing Time (oh yeah I am the Chorister! It's the best!), Clara barfed all.over.her.dress!! Nasty! She screamed during the last part of Primary, I started sweating like a pig because it was seriously 190 degrees in the church. All in all it was a GREAT and NORMAL church day! Nolan parents had us over for dinner. We ate till our buttons popped and then we kept eating! Olivia fell asleep on Grammy after throwing a fit, Clara was still fighting sleep and smelt like barf and it was raining outside. So after we woke Olivia from her little slumber, my awesome mother-in-law did an egg hunt with Olivia inside and she loved it! I didn't even bust my camera out once on Sunday afternoon! I am so lame! But here are my girls before church!

Aren't they so cute!

Happy Easter!

...Camping "Stewart Style"

...Every Labor Day weekend since Nolan & I have been married we have been camping at 5 Branches campground. It's our favorite place and our little re-treat away from our crazy lives. This year was extra special because we had Sweet Pea with us so, every thing was new and exciting!

...We enjoyed some yummy food

...lots of card games

...lots of walks

...a cooollld Boat Ride around the lake

...some DEL-ICI-OUS fudge

... and best of all afternoon naps!!

...Sweet Pea loved being able to crawl around and shove every rock possible in her mouth. YUCK!! She has a new found love for cantaloupe from Grandma's garden. Ate everything, and I mean everything in sight! Best of all, was completely spoiled for 5 days straight!!

She de-tested the life jacket, then I whipped out the camera and she liked it suddenly?! Go figure. We couldn't get her to keep it on the whole time...I know what a horrible mother I am!!

Nolan got to play Captain for a while and we all sang the theme song to Gilligan's Island

(ok only Grandma & Grandpa knew the words)

We love camping!

...4th of July & Camping

...Our Holiday weekend was not long enough for sure! I could always spend one more day in the mountains. I love the mountains! Sweet Pea got super spoiled (and so did mom & dad) by Aunt Rachelle, Grandma & Grandpa Stewart. They were always willing to take her for walks so that we could have moments of relaxation. She loved it! What girl doesn't like being the center of attention? We pigged out on delicious food, played cards and took naps! What more could you ask for?
I love the 4th of July! We opted not to go watch fireworks, because Sweet Pea gets scared easily and she was pooped! Maybe next year?!

We hope that everyone else had a Great Independence Day too!

...Easter Weekend

Easter was lots of fun this year! I always love an excuse to eat candy and not feel guilty! We had an Easter Egg Hunt @ my parents house for all the kids! My dad was nice enough to even have an Egg for Olivia...it had $4 in it! The kids had lots of fun and we had an even better time going through all their candy! What is it about Easter candy that is so good?

Easter Sunday was great... Olivia was GREAT during Church and looked so cute in her Easter Dress (I am a BAD mother, I didn't get any pictures of her in her Easter Dress...guess I am going to have to do a little photo shoot this week?!) I loved being able to reflect on all the things that the Savior has done for me & my family! I am so grateful for my testimony of the gospel!

Here are a few pictures from the Easter Egg Hunt...

My little sister Kaitlin graced us with her presence at the Easter Egg hunt...As I was taking pictures of the kids, I thought I would take a picture of Kaitlin too! She made a nasty face as I was taking a picture of her and then said, "Put THAT on your BLOG!"

Kaitlin- The picture wasn't very flattering of you, so I chose to post one of your MAD HULA-HOOP SKILLS...

I hope that everyone had an enjoyable Easter!

...Christmas & New Years! (Belated)

Christmas was great this year! I had so much fun shopping for Nolan & Olivia this year! It was great to experience Christmas this year with Olivia! Though she was to little to know anything that went on, it was still wonderful! We started partying early this year, as we do every year. Nolan's family has a Santa Party with the Flack Family, we eat Mexican food, sing songs and then Santa comes! Santa brings each little kid a present and they get to sit on Santa's lap! Olivia slept while Santa was holding her (whew!), the food was great and it was fun to see people that we don't get to see that often.

Christmas Eve we went to the Annual Guillory Progressive Dinner and froozzeee!! Then we went back to my parents house (Grandma & Grandpa Whipples) and opened our Christmas pj's! My dad is an E-Bay FREAK!! and got a little carried away with the pj's this year! It was lots of fun to open up and see what we got! Then it was off to bed and waiting for Santa to come! Nolan & I got up early and exchange our gifts and to get ready for a busy day! Nolan was good, too good to me this year and bought me an Ipod Touch (I-touch), which totally suprised me! I am kind of a gadget freak and like wierd things! I was soo soo excited! Nolan got lots of clothes from me and the Sixth Season of the Beloved Show 24!! He was stoked! Then off to his parents to open presents...then off to open presents with the rest of the Guillorys! You just thought we were done....then off to open presents at my parents house and a little time to take a nap! Oh we love NAPS!! Let's just say that our day was very busy and Olivia was such a good girl going to house to house to house! It's really hard when both of your families live in the same town! But we are so thankful to have them so close!

The day after Christmas I got a text at 6:30am from my brother-in-law Jeremy telling me that
my sister Amanda had her baby! Baby Andrew was born at 4:30 am and he is a little cutie! Olivia all of the sudden looks like BABY MONSTER next to him! She went to the Dr. for her 2 month check up and to get her shots (ouch!) she weighed in at 10 lbs 14 oz! She is growing soooo fast!

Since Nolan & I have been married we have attended or held a New Years Eve Party! This year is was kind of a flop(not really)! All of our friends were out of town or too busy! But we managed to still have a good time with the Roundy's ! They are a great couple and Shanna & I go WAY back! We have known each other FOR-EV-ER! We opened Christmas crackers (they are little packages that you open and they have a crown, toy and a really pathetic joke inside)! We had a lot of fun reading the jokes to each other and playing with our little toys! Oh did I mention that we had a TON of food!

New Years day we ate lunch at my parents house and I shared leftover crowns with my nieces & nephew! We enjoyed some delicious Turkey Noodle Soup, good Football games and a good laugh or two! I love this time of year because Nolan is forced to take off work and we get to spend time with our families!

My little sis is quite the weirdo! I love you Kaitlin!

Ok so is Nolan, but I love him too!

I have given up on setting New Year resolutions, because I never keep them!

But I am going to accomplish some things this year!

1. Be a better wife, mother, daughter/inlaw & sister
(I am already the best Aunt that ever lived!!)

2. Read my scriptures & pray more

3. Limit my Old Navy purchases (yeah right Nolan you wish)

4. Get into those skinny jeans! (oh wait I never had any)

5.Chug a gallon of milk without puking :) ok no really be healthy

GOOD LUCK WITH ALL YOUR NEW YEAR PROMISES! (RESOLUTIONS)

...It's DONE!! It's really really DONE!

So I finally finished decorating my house for Christmas! Saturday morning we went to help my little brother load up the moving truck and sent them off the Albuquerque! Good-Bye Jared & Desi! Nolan & I came home and I was determined to get my Christmas decorations up! We got home and Nolan helped me pick the house up and start some Saturday chores, and then he was off to a baptism! When he got home an hour later...I had not only managed to clean the house but also get off of my Christmas decorations out and up (except my tree). Nolan put my tree up for me and then I went crazy! I bought a new tree this year! (Martha Stewart...THANK YOU!) My old tree, only half of the lights worked on it and

I was tired of adding a new strand every Christmas! So once the tree was up and finally decorated, I was able to sit back on the couch and enjoy all the Christmasness (it don't think that is a word, but it sounds good) around my house!

I love this time of year! Nolan & I went for a drive around Kirtland later that evening and it started to snow a little, then it really started to feel like Christmas. Then we enjoyed the Annual Kirtland Community Christmas Concert and NOW we are in the mood!

Later that night after a long day of being such a good girl, Olivia must have been so tired, because she fell asleep between Nolan's knees with her mouth open WIDE! She is too cute and Nolan & I are so excited to have such an awesome Christmas present this year!

OK so we still have yet to buy a single Christmas present, but I am determined that by the end of this week, I am going to have most of it done! Our parents are the hardest people to buy for, so they are our big challenge this year, as they are every year! Wish me luck!

...Getting Ready for Christmas!

This is so not like me, usually I have my Christmas Decorations up by now!? I normally put them up either before Thanksgiving or the Day after! I still have yet to get anything up! Though I have made some progress, the boxes are in the house. I just can't believe it, maybe it's because I have a baby now and would rather spend my time with Olivia, than putting up Garland & Lights?! Plus Christmas is like right around the corner and Nolan & I still have not bought 1 Christmas present! I used to be so on top of things? I didn't know that having kids would do this too you?! Nolan HATES decorating and plus I am kind of a Nazi, (is that how you even spell it?), when it comes to decorating and I like things done my way! My poor kids are going to have to have their "own" tree with all thier decorations on it! You know that little cheezy things that you make in school. So my goal for this weekend is to have my house TOTALLY decorated! Let's see if I can get it done? I love this time of year and can't wait for Christmas! I can't wait to spend Christmas with Olivia & Nolan, our first Christmas as a family of THREE!! How exiciting!
